Clemens Rosenmayr

Policy professional with extensive experience in EU industrial and environmental policy. He currently leads work on industrial policy at a national business organisation and previously served as Head of Energy and Environment Policy at Eurochambres, the European Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry. His work focuses on ecodesign, industrial emissions, chemical legislation, and raw materials, coordinating joint industry positions and engaging with EU institutions.

Paola Lo Bue Oddo

Legal and policy officer at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Defence Industry and Space, where she helps shape EU legal and policy frameworks for a competitive and resilient defence sector. Her experience spans the European Court of Justice, Eurostat, and NATO, where she contributed to crisis coordination during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also worked on cybercrime policy at the Commission’s DG for Migration and Home Affairs.

How to Get Started

1. Submit Your Application

Fill out a short, simple form detailing your academic background, your target roles within the EU bubble, and upload your current CV. This gives us the context we need to help you.

2. We Review Your Profile

Our EGL experts will personally review your application. We evaluate your current roadblocks to ensure you are a strong fit for the Accelerator and that we can genuinely help you secure an offer.

3. Book Your Strategy Call

If selected, we will invite you to a 20–30 minute 1-on-1 video call. During this session, we will diagnose the exact gaps in your application, map out a personalized game plan, and invite you to officially join the Accelerator.
