You have finished the first module, so here is something practical to keep.

The file lists 40 EU institutions, agencies and bodies that run traineeships. For each one you get the location, the policy area, the application page and the eligibility requirements. Thirty-nine of the forty are paid.

Keep it open as you go through the rest of the course. By the time you reach the final assessment you will recognise most of the names in it, and you will know what each of those institutions actually does.
