Legislative and non-legislative procedures in practice (2h) – Maarten Toelen, PwC
EU Decision-making happens when there is agreement between the European Commission, the Council of the EU, and the European Parliament on proposed legislation, therefore representing the interests of the Union, its Member States, and the people, respectively.
Building on the previous modules, you will learn how the EU Institutions take decisions internally and how they interact among each other. As such, this course offers an in-depth analysis of the decision-making methods, according to policy fields, underlining the role of each EU institution at the various stages of the process.
